So, it begins

Here I am, my first blog post on my very own website. So what is happening here? I am a retired nurse, and my husband and I recently moved into our dream retirement bungalow in the heart of the Somerset levels. I love photography, and in the past I've dabbled in graphic art and painting in oil, acrylic and watercolour. So I want to share some of my work here and see where it goes.

This is a 'commission' painting I did recently for my son. He liked my painting of a cougar, very dark and menacing, (image to come) and he happened to mention he would like a dark painting of Ragnor Lothbrok in warrior mode so this is it. Acrylic on paper, A4 size.
